In the area of competition law, Yves provides the following legal services usual for this area:

• Represents the clients’ interests in respect of ongoing concentration (organises applications to the competition supervisory authority concerning the obtaining of the relevant permit and prepares notices on concentration);
• Provides legal services on agreements prohibited by competition law, unfair competition and use of dominant position;
• Represents in legal proceedings on the lawfulness and relevancy of sanctions imposed by the authority in charge of competition supervision.
